DECLAS（訳注：機密解除）は、コミーに対する監察官報告が発表された後の、どこかの時点と予想されている。

情報源は、今からトランプが英国を訪問した後、または、DECLASの前後で、いずれかの時点でRVが開始することを期待している。
コミーと言うのは、トランプさんに解任された元FBI長官のジェームズ・コミーの事です。
そして監察官というのは、省庁の不正を監督することを専門にしている調査官のことで、大きな権限を持っています。
そもそもコミーを解任したのは、FBIがトランプさんを陥れるための捜査をしているのを察知して先手を打ったわけですが、それが越権行為ではないかと言う批判から、大統領が命令できない特別検察官のミュラーに捜査を引き継いだ経緯があります。
そしてここにきて、ミュラーレポートが出てトランプさんの潔白が証明された結果、やはり当初のコミーが指示したFBIの捜査が、違法捜査だった可能性が高くなってきたということなのでしょう。
先日も、ミュラーレポートの次は、FBIの腐敗が追及されるという話が出ていましたが、この監察官報告がその第一弾となりそうです。
監察官報告は爆弾になるということですが、久方ぶりにMOABという言葉が登場しました。
ちょうど去年の１０月くらいにDECLASがあるんじゃないか、と騒がれていたときに、Qが特大級の爆弾という意味で使っていた表現です。
結局、あの時は空振りに終わってしまいましたが、今回は期待できそうです。
しばらくはアメリカのニュースから目が離せそうにないですね。
